New employees undergo a detailed orientation program established and approved through our ISO 9001 certification program. This program familiarizes them with all business units that make up The Paxton Companies. Our training programs encompass not only industry sponsored events like GSA and DOS, but also, as members of FIDI, Paxton has access to the only international training program developed by movers for movers.
Freddy Paxton, Chief Marketing Officer of The Paxton Companies, is a certified FIDI trainer who educates Paxton staff and our partners. He is responsible for leading training seminars for other movers around the world. In addition to ISO and FIDI, we also offer AMSA packing and loading training and Atlas Certifications.
