The coolest place I've ever been to is Rose Island in the Bahamas. On a family vacation, we booked a snorkeling trip and our group was the only one that showed up. so the Captain and his 1st Mate took us on a detour to Rose Island. we had lunch and drinks right there on the shore, snorkeled, and swam wing Stingrays. It was amazing!

What is your role at Paxton?

I am the OA/DA Coordinator for our Springfield Office and I also provide assistance for our Local Operations Department and offsite Coordinators

What are 3 words you would use to describe Paxton?

Able, Successful, Committed

What do you like about the moving industry?

Being able to provide great customer service for customer's during a stressful period in their lives. Moving is hectic. Some customers are seasoned movers and then there are those "first timers." When everything goes smoothly and you get that good review or letter from a customer saying what a great job we did, it makes it all worthwhile.

What do you like most about Paxton?

Working with a great team of people!

What do you find most challenging at Paxton?

The most challenging aspect I find at times is internal communication. When you have numerous people involved in one thing, it's easy to get lines crossed between parties.

What got you involved in moving?

I started out as a summer intern in '97 for Local Operations, and then I was offered a full time position in the Accounting Department. I did leave the company for a while, but came back in 2012 and was offered the OA/DA Coordinator position.
