Hi Everyone - it's Tues Oct 6th and I'm blogging from the Worldwide ERC's Global Workforce Symposium. Today I'm attending the Strategic Talent Mobility training. Topics of discussion are Identifying the key concepts (global, organizational, personal) of talent mobility and the importance of understanding your drivers as they shape strategy and influence actions.

We discussed strategies for seeking alignment between talent mobility and talent management. Fun Fact: Did you know 81% of CEO's look to equip their employees with new skills through continuous learning and mobility programs!!
