Paxton currently employs one of the largest and most seasoned teams in our market. We have built our staff and our success by choosing the right people, giving them the most powerful tools and allowing them the freedom to make decisions.
Our people make us the most qualified and service oriented organization in the industry. The importance of reaching our customer globally is exemplified by our staffing of multi lingual employees. We cover over 28 languages from Europe, Asia, South America and Africa to ensure the very best in customer service. Having ‘hung our shingle’ generations ago, Paxton has distinguished themselves with Military Veterans, second and third generation employees, athletes, and so many others that you would welcome into your own home.
Paxton maintains a network of experts and equipment to accommodate every aspect of the process. Our laborers are in house and certified according to our ISO 9001 certification. Along with mentoring, continual training and meetings, we have found the keys to success. Our Customer Service staff is kept abreast of industry changes and is afforded extended education so that we may maintain high quality levels that our customers have come to expect.
