Christopher (Chris) Kamal joined the Paxton Companies in October of 2015 as Director, Global Business Development - Government Services. He is responsible for new business acquisition and retention in the government services arena for Paxton’s Springfield, VA headquarters. Chris specializes in the government acquisition process strategy, program management and support as well as security.
Prior to joining Paxton, Chris served the Federal Government as Vice President of Government Consulting for Oban Corporation and Director of Business Development, Classified Engineering and U.S. Department of State embassy construction for Kaseman LLC. Chris spearheaded contract acquisition projects in support of the State Department’s Overseas Building Operations (OBO) agency in countries such India, Tanzania and Norway. Additionally, he has cultivated relationships with agencies such as Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), and Department of Commerce to name a few.
His expertise in seeking out new government and international business opportunities along with building successful client relationships will be welcome additions to the Paxton domestic and international teams.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Chris now resides in Arlington, Virginia.
